Lego Gallery (Blank)

Download this gallery for blank Lego blocks and use them for any purpose! Click here to download.

Rhythm Lego Gallery

Download this gallery of Lego blocks with rhythms that correspond to the Lego length to be used for rhythm writing/reading! Also included are Lego time signatures and rhythmic pattern templates in 4/5, 3/4 and 2/4. Click here to download.

Lego Rhythm Builders

Use these Smartboard files to compose rhythm patterns with students using Lego blocks! The number of beats each block is worth corresponds with the length of the lego block. For example, a quarter note uses a "one-lump" block, while a half note uses a "two-lump" block, and so on. Templates are made in 2/4, 3/4 and 4/4. Down load the Rhythm Lego Gallery to make your own templates and worksheets too!

Rhythm Candies Koosh Ball Game

For a little MORE fun, I have turned my candy rhythm game into a koosh ball game. My kids love these games! Click here or on a picture to download!

*This file is not working properly right now - I will post again when it is fixed!

Rhythm Candies

In this activity, the kids sort their Halloween candies into bags by matching the word sounds to the rhythms on the bags. I have bigger ideas for this, and will post a new version of the file when it is done, but alas it is time for bed!

Feel free to download this version for now!

  1. Ashley, Great job on the Barnyard song file!! I can't wait to try it out with my kiddos! Hey, did you get my post about the Activity Builder? You are not alone in your troubles with that feature. It's very unsteady for me as well! - Cherie

  3. I love all of your ideas and look forward to borrowing many. I am disappointed your links don't work. I looked on TPT to see if maybe you moved your resources there, but could not find them. Thank you for inspiring me though! I especially love the lego file and the composing with boomwackers which could be used in a center!
